Dr. Jose Silao Memorial Hospital
Through a Memorandum of Agreement between the Department of Health and the provincial government of Leyte, the Dr. Jose Silao Memorial Hospital, formerly West Leyte Hospital, had undergone a major upgrading of its facilities.
The renovation of this hospital in Leyte is part of Gov. Petillas desire to find ways of upgrading the facilities and services of the various hospitals under the provincial government.
