Accommodation
Comfort was in mind, when we built our accommodations. EAGLE POINT
offers 16 twin-sharing cottages, air-conditioned with their own bathroom
and balcony; 1 two-bedroom cottage, air-conditioned with living room,
2 bathrooms & a large balcony; and for those who have a tight budget,
4 quad-sharing bunk rooms (air-conditioned & non-air-conditioned)
with 2 double-decked bunks in each room sharing 2 external bathrooms.
Though the bunk rooms do not have their own private balcony, fronting
it is a large sun-deck with 2 sawali cabanas (native open huts) next
to the sea.
Our cottages were built in clusters of twos. All of which have a great view of the sea. They are solidly built with hard wood to withstand the harshest environment.
For a more rustic experience, try any of our 10 luxurious Cabanas. Each has a private balcony where guests can view the spectacular romantic sunset and modern bathroom facilities with hot and cold water specially designed for the comfort of our valued guests.
Note to all guests, the management cannot take responsibility if you're awaken by an overly romantic lizard which we lovingly call the TUKO (pronounced Too-kuo), named after the sound that they make. Warning!!! The sound they make is a mating call. Restrain yourself from imitating their call unless you want an unexpected bedmate.

Batangas Travel Tips - Islands Philippines
The attention of a traveller, should be particularly turned, in the first place, to the various works of Nature, to mark the distinctions of the climates he may explore, and to offer such useful observations on the different productions as may occur. William Bartram
Reminds me of my safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water. W. C. Fields
A traditional Filipino breakfast might include pandesal (small bread rolls), kesong puti (white cheese), champorado (chocolate rice porridge), sinangag (garlic fried rice), and meat—such as tapa, longganisa, tocino, karne norte (corned beef), or fish such as daing na bangus (salted and dried milkfish)—or itlog na pula (salted duck eggs). Coffee is also commonly served particularly kapeng barako, a variety of coffee produced in the mountains of Batangas noted for having a strong flavor.

In Mindanao, the southern part of Palawan island, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi, dishes are richly flavored with the spices common to Southeast Asia: turmeric, coriander, lemon grass, cumin, and chillies — ingredients not commonly used in the rest of Filipino cooking. Being free from Hispanicization, the cuisine of the indigenous Moro and Lumad peoples of Mindanao and the Sulu archipelago has much in common with the rich and spicy Malay cuisines of Malaysia and Brunei, as well as Indonesian and Thai cuisines.
